Peter Cox is the market leader in property preservation, with our branch located in Greater Manchester and we have been here since 1985. We are widely recognised as skilled, reliable specialist contractors for damp, woodworm and dry rot problems.
Our Manchester damp proofing experts have helped many residential home owners, from those in modern to grade listed buildings and commercial building owners. Recent work includes timber repairs to a dry rot attack and a woodworm infestation in a 16th century building in Knutsford; as well as resin repairs to failed roof trusses, renewal of valley beams and replacement of rafters and roof boards in the Grade 2 listed Castlecroft Warehouse, now the Bury Transport Museum. Other projects include the conversion of Longlands Mill, Stalybridge, St Mary’s Church, Stoke and Westwood College, Leek.
As well as Greater Manchester, our Manchester team also cover the areas of Cheshire and Staffordshire.
