After the surveyor has been on site, they will produce a report detailing the observations and evidence found through the survey visit, backed by a range of surveying tools. Where necessary the report will contain diagrams and images to support these observations.

Should a problem be uncovered that requires remedial treatment, this will be outlined in the report, along with any other recommendations. 

The report will also contain a detailed method statement and out repair specifications fully comply with any relevant British Standards Institute (BSI) codes of practice. BSI are the national standards body of the UK, and following their codes of practice ensures that any work undertaken will be completed to the highest standard.
