Peter Cox, preserving Britain’s finest buildings Peter Cox has built an enviable reputation as the market leader in the repair and preservation of all types of property from private housing to historic buildings, and recently the company tested its surveying capabilities when it was asked to assess the damage of both dry and wet rot at Withcote Hall, Leicestershire. The property is privately owned and is a grade II* listed property, thought to be built in 1723. The specialist survey included a Peter Cox area manager, a surveyor and two technicians and took around 50 hours to complete.
