With energy costs still being a significant item for UK households, why not consider products which can lower your energy bills? We have several products that can help you save money and keep you warmer this winter.

When walls get wet, their thermal resistance lowers, heat escapes and they become less effective at keeping heat in. DryWall Thermotek is a masonry protection cream which repels rain penetration and is scientifically proven to reduce heat loss in single skin masonry, with an energy saving of up to 29%!!

The energy-saving benefits of this product are so effective, that DryWall Thermotek has been formally classified by the HMRC as an energy saving material for insulating walls. This means that where Thermotek is used for its energy saving benefits, it will attract a reduced rate of 5% VAT on both the product itself as well as the installation costs.

For use on internal walls that are susceptible to condensation there is Warmerwall. This is a water-based coating that when applied utilises a hollow glass bubble technology as an effective insulating barrier between the cold surface and the warm ambient temperature inside the property. As well as keeping your walls warmer, this product was also designed to inhibit the formation of condensation and the resulting mould growth.

Thermosave Heat Recovery Units provide a ‘balanced’ and the most effective condensation solution available in the UK. These units help to eliminate or reduce surface condensation which causes mould growth. Not only that, Thermosave recovers up to 75% of the heat normally lost, by venting warm air to the outside! Put simply, this means, that for every £10 you spend on heating the room, you will get £7.50 worth of the heating back.
