The national press are reporting a potential link between Parkinson’s disease and damp, mouldy rooms.
A damp, mouldy house has long been linked with asthma and other allergies. New research reported in The Times, The Independent and The Mail Online indicates that a vapour called ‘mushroom alcohol’ in damp, mouldy buildings may trigger Parkinson’s disease.
