Upon arriving at your property, our surveyor will:

Within three days you will receive a detailed report that will provide you with a clear and concise record of the survey.
The survey report is your record of our qualified surveyors observations and recommendations. Written in a style that is easy to understand, the report will describe in detail the scale and scope of any property issues you may have, including detailed drawings, explanations of observations, a method statement and a breakdown of costs (where necessary) for future work.
Whilst there is no obligation to follow up on the recommendations made in the report, should you choose to conduct the work with us then you can rest assured that our remedial treatments are quality assured and guaranteed for up to 20 years.
