Upon arriving at your property, our surveyor will:
● Conduct a full inspection of exterior of the building

The survey report is your record of the outcome and findings of the investigation. Written in a style that is easy to understand, the report will describe in detail the scale and scope of any property issues you may have, including detailed drawings, explanations of observations, a method statement and a breakdown of cost (where necessary) for future work.
