Dry Rot Repair in Leeds School
The Leeds branch of Peter Cox has completed a large programme of dry rot repairs and associated works as part of the refurbishment of a former school in the Harehills district of the city. The Grade 2 listed four storey building has been converted into a Business Incubation Centre.
Timber Repairs to Warehouse, Wakefield
The Leeds branch of Peter Cox has been engaged in an extensive programme of timber repairs as part of the restoration of a sandstone Grade 11* disused grain storage warehouse dating from 1790 and sited on the banks of the river Calder in the heart of Wakefield's historic waterfront area.
Masonry Anchors in Tunnel Facelift - Leeds
Special Cintec masonry anchors were used to support the installation of acoustic panelling being fitted to the walls of the road tunnel. The work is designed to create a safer and more welcoming entrance to the city by reducing noise levels, enhancing the lighting and widening pavement.
