Toxic Mould Detection
Recent litigation cases in the USA have
pinpointed the potential risks to human health inherent in
two specific strains of mould growth which occur in residential
housing.
Stachybotros chartarum and Aspergillus fumigatus produce mycotoxins
can lead to allergenic reactions such as eye, nose and throat
irritation, coughs and breathing difficulties as well as nausea,
rashes and lung infections.
Peter Cox can take swap samples and arrange for a DNA based
laboratory analysis to determine the exact species involved quickly
and accurately.
Disability Access Audits
Peter Cox are able to undertake access audits for property
owners needing to comply with the latest provisions of the
Disability Discrimination Act 1995 which require proactive
measures to be taken to avoid discriminating against
disabled persons.

Home Condition Reports
With the impending introduction of Home
Information Packs in England & Wales in June 2007,
Peter Cox surveyors are being trained in the role of the Home
Inspector in order to provide the Home Condition Reports that will
form an integral part of the pack in due course.
