 In any one year we undertake a wide spread of contracts.
These range from work on Local Authority housing refurbishment
schemes under the Government’s Decent Homes Initiative to private
sector developments such as the conversion of warehouses into
apartment blocks and to repairs to listed property.
This is in addition to our extensive volume of work in the private
owner occupied or private rental housing market, usually when
properties change hands.
