Based out of our brand new offices in Aberdeen the successful individual will be responsible for servicing a number of existing clients as well as generating new business leads within Aberdeenshire. This is a customer facing role where your ability to build rapport and sell yourself and our services is paramount.
The successful person will:
• Respond to all leads in a professional manor and arrange appointments to visit customers
• Survey the properties of existing and potential customers
• Provide professional advice on all aspects of building preservation and remedial work
• Identify and analyse defects and provide proposals of how Peter Cox and our skilled technicians can help.
• Close the sale and seek new sales opportunities.
The successful candidate will:
• Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales preferably within the construction / building maintenance industry.
• Ideally you will have a background in the preservation industry and possess the relevant qualifications (Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment or Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing)
• Be tenacious, resilient, self motivated and driven to set and achieve daily targets
You will be currently working in a sales role either as an internal sales representative, external sales representative, account manager, area sales manager, field sales representative, building surveyor or property surveyor.
Located in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire – this role is commutable from Aberdeen, Inverurie, Banchory, Ellon, Delfrigs or Peterculter.
We offer an excellent basic salary of £18,000-£22,000 with a realistic OTE of £35,000. In addition the role comes with a company car, mobile phone, laptop and a company pension scheme.

Applicants should be motivated with a proven sales record of Sales Development and Property Surveying.
Successful applicants should also have a good understanding of building maintenance / construction industry and should possess good intra-personal skills, innovative thought processes and have a successful sales history. They should also be computer literate (especially Microsoft Office) and have a full driving licence.
We are offering an excellent basic salary and an OTE of £35,000 per annum plus company car, mobile phone and Lap top.
Applicants should be motivated with a proven sales record of Sales Development and Property Surveying.
