We are looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Manager who will be based at our Head Office in Chadderton, Manchester.
Duties will include:-
Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
Analyse advertising opportunities and propose campaigns where strong ROI is expected.
Formulate and implement strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans; oversee all necessary activities to fulfil strategic objectives
Negotiate pricing with publishers/media owners
Demonstrable experience in driving sales / revenues
A strong understanding of multi media planning and buying principles
Oversee copywriting and design of ads
.
Identify need for production of new marketing collateral and updates to existing materials; oversee production.
Website optimisation and Internet understanding - Search Engine Optimisation and Key Word / Phrase marketing.
Our ideal candidate will be astute, dynamic and an experienced individual who will primarily take the business forward, providing vision, inspiration, and professionalism of the highest standard. They will also have experience of both b2b and b2c.
You will need to be a seasoned communicator as you will be liaising with senior members of staff and will be interacting with individuals at all levels of the business.
In return we will offer you a competitive salary depending upon experience, together with the usual benefits associated with a national employer.
You must hold a full clean UK driving licence.

Our ideal candidate would have previously worked in the construction and preservation industry and have experienced in basement waterproofing. You must also have exceptional leadership and sales skills. The aim of this role is primarily to take the business forward, providing vision, inspiration, and professionalism of the highest standard.
You will responsible for seeking out new ways to increase sales and develop new business opportunities and also maintain our already established client base.
In this full-time permanent position the successful candidate will be responsible for creating a development culture where teamwork, empowerment and trust are encouraged through coaching, performance management and people development.
The right candidate will also have a proven track record of leading and developing a successful team, take a pro-active approach to people management, be target driven and have a stable work history.
