our local team, in your region
Peter Cox has been based in Liverpool for over 25 years and is widely recognised as a skilled, reliable specialist contractor for solving damp, woodworm and dry rot problems.

In the private residential market we have repaired many thousands of homes in the region and in the process established sound working relationships with estate agents, valuation surveyors, building surveyors, mortgage lenders and Local Authority grant offices.

We also work extensively outside the private housing market and have developed effective partnerships with Local Authorities and other large property owners, professional specifiers and building contractors.

Our recent project file in the region includes work on:

Wigan Pier; Marks & Spencer, Liverpool; Arnot Street School, Walton; Aberdun Engine Shed, Mold; and the Liverpool 1 Development. Further afield the branch has handled a damp proofing contract in Gibraltar for the MoD.
