Peter Cox has been based in London ever since the company was first established in 1951 and is widely recognised as a skilled, reliable specialist contractor for solving damp, woodworm and dry rot problems.

In the private residential market we have repaired many thousands of homes in the region and in the process established sound working relationships with estate agents, valuation surveyors, building surveyors, mortgage lenders and Local Authority grant offices.

We also work extensively outside the private housing market and have developed effective partnerships with Local Authorities and other large property owners, professional specifiers and building contractors.

Our project file has included work on some landmark buildings in the region such as:

Buckingham and Kensington Palaces, the British Museum, Woolwich Arsenal, Windsor Castle and Blenheim Palace.
