What if something goes wrong ?

Whether our work is under guarantee or not, if you feel dissatisfied in any way with the service you have received, we want to hear from you. We usually send out a questionnaire with the guarantee so this is a first opportunity for you to express your views.

We pride ourselves on a high level of customer satisfaction but that is not to deny that on occasions things don't go the way they should.

So if you feel you've cause for complaint, contact the branch who handled the work for you and explain why you are dissatisfied.

Guarantee Claims

If our treatment hasn't worked and it's guaranteed, we'll put it right - simple as that.

You need to contact the local office whose address will be found on the survey report documents.

As approved contractors under the Guaranteed Protection Trust (GPT), Peter Cox can offer additional insurance backing by GPI for a once-only single premium payment.

Peter Cox is a registered contractor under the Government sponsored TrustMark scheme and complies fully with its code of practice. This includes offering private home owners the option of purchasing insured protection to cover their deposit, work in progress and long term guarantee.
