14-20 Listergate, Nottingham
Large basement waterproofing contract in major redevelopment shopping centre redevelopment. The work involved the installation of extensive areas of both cementitious waterproof rendering and cavity drainage membrane lining to the below ground floor levels plus a full pump and sump drainage system.
Tower Block, St Helier, Jersey
The building consists of a central 16-storey tower flanked by 5-storey wings with a concrete frame and non load-bearing brick cladding. The work entailed stabilising the brickwork with stainless steel wall ties to ensure that the underlying structure was sound prior to fixing insulation and overcladding.
Bird Fouling Clearance, The Roundhouse, Derby
Before work could start on preliminary surveying for the redevelopment of Derby’s historic Roundhouse site, Peter Cox were engaged to undertake a lengthy bird fouling removal contract which entailed up to 18 staff working throughout the site for a period of 5 weeks.
